2018 is shaping up to be the year that we've challenged ourselves in all aspects of our lives. We've made it somewhat outside of our introvert comfort zones (Insta Stories) and we're making our health and well being a priority (Learning to love and celebrate our flaws, making time for ourselves, and shedding light on our own mental health with the encouragement from advocate Jen Gotch). We won't pretend that we've been victorious in every challenge because we're imperfect humans just doing our best!
