First up is the playlist. If you're anything like us then you can't really accomplish much without some musical motivation! We have put together the perfect holiday playlist for this soiree. You better believe some 90's jams and our boy crush The Biebs made it on there. We just can't help ourselves y'all! Check out our Spotify playlist here.
Next up we're talking all about festive cocktails! For this last minute Holiday gathering we called upon the name of our trusty favorite drink, La Croix! Hydrate while you dehydrate y'all! We're calling this cocktail Merry Cranberry.
- 1 1/2 oz. of Gin
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz. honey water
- Cran-Rasberry La Croix
- Rosemary Sprigs for garnish
Pour gin, cranberry juice, and honey water over ice and shake, shake, shake it off...unlike Taylor who did not take her own advice. Pour the shaken mixture into a martini glass and top off with a splash of La Croix. If you're feeling fancy and festive, add a sprig of rosemary and sugar the rim for some extra detail. YUM! Then drink up, grinches!
P.S. Making honey water is a breeze just use 1 cup of water and 1 cup of honey and heat it on the stove until it’s all mixed together.
A round of applause to Delish for making us look like we actually have our lives together with little effort. This delicious recipe for Cranberry Brie Bites combines some of our favorite ingredients bread and cheese. These ingredients create the perfect holiday appetizer to impress all of your friends. This recipe calls for a mini muffin tin but we love cheese so much we opted for a regular size tin to get our fill.
- 1 Tube of Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz. Brie Wheel
- 1 Cup of Cranberry Sauce
- Flour (for rolling out dough)
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Pecans
- 2 Sprigs of Rosemary
Preheat oven to 375° and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch seams together. Cut into 12 squares and place squares into muffin tin slots. Cut brie into chunks and place inside of the crescent dough. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and one little sprig of rosemary. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the dough is lookin' golden. TADA! Make sure you serve these babies warm.
