Our friends over at C2O Pure Coconut Water sent over a few spooky treats this week and we wanted to share their delicious Fall smoothie recipe with y’all! It’s super simple and the perfect addition to anyone’s snack list. Keep reading to learn how to make their Spooky Paleo Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie!
You’ll need the following good stuff:
1/2 cup of C2O Pure Coconut Water (original flavor)
1/2 cup coconut milk (we used unsweetened but if you want a sweeter taste we’d recommend a sweetened milk)
1/2 cup of pure pumpkin purée
1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice (add more if you’d like a stronger pumpkin taste)
1 frozen banana
1 cup of ice
Add all of the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until it’s smooth. In order to make this spooky smoothie complete, you’ll want to pour it into the cutest Halloween jar you can find! Top it off with a festive straw and enjoy!
This smoothie is the perfect way to indulge in a sweet treat but without the added sugar.
